Module Overview

The LT-P1 is a high‑energy‑density LFP battery module purpose‑built for HMT’s LT‑S1 modular battery system. Each LT‑P1 module contains carefully matched cells, an integrated battery monitoring unit (BMU), passive balancing circuitry, and temperature sensors. Multiple LT‑P1 modules are connected in series/parallel and installed inside the LT‑S1 cabinet to form a complete energy storage system. The LT‑P1 cannot supply power independently; it must operate with the LT‑S1 central BMS and structural frame.

Custom Service

The LT‑P1 is not sold separately and cannot be used standalone. It is available only as part of the LT‑S1 battery system. If you require battery modules, please inquire about the LT‑S1 system, and we will configure the appropriate number of LT‑P1 modules for your project.
About LT-S1 Batter System

Integration into LT‑S1

-The LT‑S1 cabinet accommodates 4 to 12 LT‑P1 modules (depending on capacity needs).

-Modules are connected in parallel or series via copper busbars, achieving voltage from 48V to 800V.

-The central BMS reads voltage and temperature from each module and controls the main contactors.

-The system provides external high‑voltage terminals, a CAN bus interface, and a display.

Module Internal Structure

Each LT‑P1 module contains 16 series LFP cells (1P16S), managed by a BMU board. Positive and negative terminals use Anderson or quick‑connect plugs. Guide grooves on the sides allow easy insertion into LT‑S1 cabinet slides. The front panel includes an LED status indicator and a CAN communication port.
